My requirements for a good brownie should be chewy, fudgy, and definitely not cakey. So this brownie is definitely for you chocolate lovers out there! As I have mentioned previously, they are oooeyyy goeeyyy, fudgy, chewy, and full of chocolatey goodness!

The Wedding Journey...
I am back! Been busy with wedding preparations, hence the title. Alhamdulillah, everything went well and I am a wife now.
The nikah gifts were prepared by The Baking Journey (except for the delicious crunchy thin nuts, which were made by Aunty Murni, the pelamin lady).

Throwback : The Not-So-Mini Devils
Made two boxes of these cupcakes in 1 oz souffle cups as requested, hence the 'not-so-mini' name. I am never a fan of souffle cups because I think they are very temperamental and always give me uneven results. However, this time around these babies turn out just fine... Alhamdulillah. Need to practice more using souffle cups next time.

June 27th : The Brownie Project
Lovely weather for baking today, so I decided to bake some ultra sinful brownies.
Oooeyyy goeeyyy, fudgy, chewy, and full of chocolatey goodness.
Hands down, these brownies are definitely the best cure for stress!

Reminiscing Childhood Memories...
The classic dried crystal jellies,
which nenek used to make every Hari Raya without fail.
They are slightly crispy on the outside, and have the jelly texture on the inside. Very addictive!
Don't you just love the colourful jellies?
